"Limited breakfast options", sometimes food is cold, because it is not cooked onsite at hotel. Breakfast is same evey day, not very much choices and you are only allowed to have one boiled egg. They dont clean the carpet in room, its very dirty and has lots of cigarette burn marks. Soap dispenser not ever get replaced, I had to ask for new one and this is fourth time I stayed at this hotel and each time I satyed here, its been the same, always have to ask for them to provide new soap dispenser. They still do not have any staff that speaks English fluently, yet they accept foreigners. Location of hotel is only reason I stay here, because its only a 15 minutes walk to the new SM shopping mall where there is plenty of places to choose for eating dinner and convenient for shopping, and walking exercise.[2019-01-11 15:27]

总体装修还不错，但是服务和卫生太差了，进房间就一个窄窄的小窗户，感觉憋气，地毯很脏，枕套有污迹，早餐是七点半到九点半的，我们八点半下去就没东西了，连煮鸡蛋都没了，问服务大姐，回答是没有了没想到今天这么多人！！！每天晚上不看入住情况吗？不按入住率准备早餐吗？？？
